Fruit wines are wines infused with fruit and flavours. By infusing fruit to the wine making process as opposed to juices added after the wine is poured, you create a more complex, sophisticated and whimsical drink. We say whimsical because fruit wines remind us of the tropics, the heat and relaxation on a summer day or an amazing time in our own backyard.

Sangrias fall into the category of fruit wines because they are infused with fruits and wine is a base in many of the sangria recipes. Strawberry wines are incredible and a perfect summer drink if you can find one. Oh and don't get us started on a blueberry or plum wine combination!
